  • The item must be free from stains, odors, pet hair, makeup marks, deodorant marks, and signs of wear.

Item Condition

Returned items are inspected after they are received. If an item does not meet the condition requirements, the return may be refused, the refund may be denied, or the item may be sent back to the customer.

Please pack returned items securely to help prevent damage during return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items
